You sound so kind towards your husband in this situation, even though you’re the one hurting. I wonder if you’re this kind in your inner voice to yourself?
For a while I thought I was a major burden on anyone who had to deal with my anxiety and depression, including my boyfriend. Everything flipped when I learned to be as sympathetic and understanding for myself.
