In knowledge there is power.

Sleep score 76… “fair.” 10% in REM. Heart rate, 85.

Before, this would have been called “a bad night of sleep and a rough morning.”

Today, it’s cold hard data. As a data-minded person, I think with a grin: Now that’s something I can use.
